Kaile, It sounds like your teachers don't believe in vacations,holidays or time off for good behavior or simply R&R. Why do some give you something to remember them by at the most inopportune times? Sorry it didn't work out as good as it could have,but thanks for sharing this with & for us. David |

thank you everyone for replying...now my feelings regarding this vacation Vacation Musing A Herculean attempt to contact you, you finally responded, profuse apologises offered but that "you have been busy" You went on to gush about your schedule-packed holidays You marvelled at the fulfilling new experiences you had Dont mistake me, im glad you're having fun Just that i cant help feeling a wee insecure here Does that mean my life is less worthwhile, less meaningful than yours since i spend most of the vacation bumming around? Darn, i feel so useless |

Kaile, Good Tanka...been there, done that! Now that I am out of school, I still have homework; it is mending fences, tending dogs, painting, wallpapering, taxi service for children.....you get the idea. There are days when I wish all I had to do was study. INclan |

About ur vacation tanka, heh... i think it's interesting the way you took a boring chore, and made it into a poem. The 2nd post, WEll, I don't think you should be made to feel any less worthy coz of the way you spend your days.
