A SHY HELLO

The day will come,
Not far away,
When Life will change,
or so they say.

Spring is here,
The sky is bright,
No time for tears,
No time to fight.

I had learned,
How to give.
Now it's time
To learn to live

Here she comes,
One more time
I know that I
should speak my mind.

As I try
to say hello
I feel my heart
Up in my throat.

As she heard
My awful croak
I think I saw
A lighter note.

A smile within
Those Sea Green Eyes
She knew I tried
To just say hi.

A smile so thin upon her lips
She had noticed,
Me a bit.

K.A.L

Kevin this is so sweet.  I'm sure each of us has been in a situation like this.  I like the topic and the flow.  Welcome to the Pub!

Yep yep, count on Denise to always and forever send you an email when you sign on to Passions. (Of course, that only adds to her charm.)

Great poem, kelieth!   I had to go through this same event only back in late January (only her eyes were Deep Down Brown), but was spared any hint of embarrassment as she was acting the exact same way as I was (very shy and a little lightheaded)...

Hope to see more of your work, and Welcome to the Pub!

Kevin, Welcome to Passion's I agree this is a wonderful poem to join with, I look forward to more of your poetry.

I checked out your site, and ended up joining the RadioFree Cash, so I am now in your downline. I'm enjoying it so far so I hope it gains you some extra money when they are up and running.

The smile will grow broader very very soon if you continue like this Kevin! But I hope your smile will always be as shy and beautiful as this lovely poem you have written

calling them to join
