Well done.. emotional poem.. well, don't let it get you down.. you can find someone else.. or they can find you.. Well, at least you learnt a few lessons, eh? probably the only line I don't particularly like is "I should hate you".. 'coz that is one of my pet hates..(hehehe) I don't believe that anyone should ever hate anyone/anything.. so it kinda seems a little strange to say that u think you should hate them.. 'coz, I s'pose it isn't entirely their fault that you two just didn't make it.. some things work.. some don't.. good poem.. Lynne |

I haven't been in love yet so I can't empathise with you....however, I do think your poem is very good! I'd have to agree with Lynne about the hate line though! A true pouring out of your emotions .... I agree with Denise ... first loves are the hardest to let go ... But; you will, eventually .... and with time,you will find a special place in your memory, especially for her ... I still remember , fondly, my first love ..... |

Kinda sad, but nice poem. It may have been your first, but don't say it's your last. I agree with you, my 'last' (until the next one) ended with a lot of resentment, but I still can't hate her. How could you ever hate someone you once loved? ~Gene |

thank u all for reading my poem but i do have a comment of my own. i say i should hate him for what he did to me. all the pain, and how he used my love for him. he played me for a fool. i don't hate him, i just feel like maybe i should. i will always love him. he was my first. so im not saying that i do hate him. i'm glad u all took time to read it. with luv, galaxy84 |
