I have a theory to which I adhere:
When once every million years,
The planets and stars come together in harmony
To create a most magnificent symphony,
Called, ‘The Music of The Spheres.’
This year, is such a year.

When all things, and all manner of thought
Are brought into synchronous motion,
And must be done every so oft’,
To keep the universe from explosion.

~Gene

It often comes to me at night,
When lights are dim, and thoughts are bright,
As I ponder what to write,
Take pen in hand, and with it make
My words appear as no mistake.
Guided by a force unknown,
I create a new and wondrous poem. ~Gene~

I love this Gene. The vision of the planets and stars coming together and playing their celestial music is breathtaking!

An interesting theory wrought a magical poem and stirred wondrous visions of the stars.

I can just imagine the whole scenerio and it's magnificent. Walking away after it with a whole new aura of thought. Excellent poem, I love it.

LOL,u_gene,liked this very much...here's a challenge for you:write me a poem about just what kind of music these planets and stars might play?eg,Red Mars might play hot hot music,ice-cold planets sing chilling songs etc

will be looking forward to your post!
