I love the words and the way they flow,
had you been sniffing something though?

May your roof never fall in and those beneath it never fall out.

So, were the gods so angry that they turned the penguins green?
LOL,

thanx all for ur interpretations...am here to explain

On a fiery day~ that day was scorching hot

the displeased gods vent their ire~then it started to rain heavily

green penguins wobble~i was in the army and we used GREEN raincoats whenever it rained...however these raincoats are often too big for us and we had difficulty moving around in them...hence it is a joke among us that we look like PENGUINS trying hard to move nimbly

hope you had fun with this piece!

Before I read your comment about green raincoats in the rain, I thought of the forest fires in Australia.

fiery day = hot day
Gods vent their ire = somehow they created a fire coz they were so displeased
green penguins wobbled = this stumbled me but i was thinking along the lines of tree branches full of leaves falling to the ground and 'bouncing' around for a while???

hahah...
