Many Lives The dreamer is the master His unconscious mind creating realities at will We live there within the shadowy places Perspectives skewed to be sure But us nonetheless Who knows where we will be tomorrow night All it takes is a little REM and our reality dissolves only to be replaced with another We never remember the former So we must be doomed to follow his will wherever it may take us Never knowing how many times we lived before © 4/6/00 Gary Pence "A poet is someone who is astonished by everything." - anonymous |

I never remember dreams or even know if I dream, am I missing something , or am I just BORING. Good poem Jonas......but I seem to be in a tiny minority that can't relate and wonder why. Jack |
