Ghosts of you

Ghosts of you
Haunting my reality
Cold chill across my heart
Walk on my grave
Silent and dark
Ethereal and shadowy
Insubstantial as your words
Intangible as your love
Inconsequential as your existence
In my life

Ghosts of you
Distracting me from reality
Brushing at my soul
Stirring at my mind
Soft and misty and impenetrable
Untouchable as your heart
Unreachable as your soul
Unending as my love

Tess

Tess,

Ghosts of you haunting my reality....I surely can relate to that line.  This is a great piece.  Welcome to The Pub.

Tess,
Great poem....haunting.  Loved it though.
