In Loving Memory of You Mom
By: Amy M. Kennedy

Sitting here, I just think about you and all the times we had
I am not crying, feeling angry, not even feeling sad
No I am smiling, knowing you are still with me
And even though I can't hear you and you I can't see
I know that you are in my heart, and you go wherever I do
I sometimes when I listen can hear you sigh and your voice too
You were the wind beneath my wings, allowing me to fly
You allowed me to reach up and touch the sky
And soar I will...one day to meet you in heaven above
Meanwhile I go on, treasuring your love!

Beautiful tribute to your mom Amy.  As long as there are treasured memories our loved ones never cease to be.  God bless.

aimster,

Your poem in tribute to your Mother, was very
Heart warming and touched a nerve with me for I lost my Mother,in 1987.

There is nothing more than the comfort, support and a Mothers' Love. I know she is watching you and she knows your miss her and loves her, she is returning the feelings,I am sure.

Take care my friend, and may the angels watch over you!

Amy,

A lovely tribute to your mom. As long as she's in your heart and mind like this, she'll always be with you.
All the best,

This is lovely, your Mom was obviously very special in your life, as you continue to let her be.

Thanks guys for all of your warm and loving comments! Means a lot to me. Yes my Mom was special indeed. She and my Dad adopted me and my two biological sisters, and forever changed our lives   Thanks again!
