He came back it felt like death
He could't smell no DRAGON'S breath
He looked around ...it felt cold
There was no little DRAGON bold

He used to use him as his shield
At times when to poor verse he'd yield
He shouted out'What's the score'
As he saw the tail crawl out the door

'Now listen you-you come back
I like the wings upon your back'
We'll sit around and give a cheer
We'll even buy your fave...ROOT BEER

I mean it now....It's my last dime
I hope this little rhymes in time!!

Jon

'Hey bartender a Root beer and fire exstinguisher
for the kid, when he gets back.'

I'm sure Sam will love this.  We all miss him and look forward to his return.

This is a great poem for our fire-breath'n friend. He's being held in Exile for a while.

wonderous,
Don't worry, you will be. When he returns, he'll probably honor you with a poem.

Do a search and read some of his poems. You'll see why this 14 year-old is so endeared.

I don't know how I missed this.  The empitness is felt heavily with the absence of our Dragon.  Jon, this is a wonderful tribute to one very deserving.
