M’ Lady Guinevere,

If my heart has so many lovely things to say to thee,
Then, why can’t I tell thee how much thou means to me?
Then, I could die with all my dreams satisfied.
For, I might nei find another like thee,
If forever I tried, until the day I died,
But time flies by so quickly, I never got the chance
— nothing more than a passing glance.

So, now m’ Lady, I open up my soul,
And let those things flow out
To dance inside thine heart
— lest we never be apart.
For, even though, we only just met,
Thou art, m’ Lady Guinevere, to me so very dear.

So, given my heed, I summon my trusty steed
To take me to your side, and together we shall ride
To King Arthur and tell him he has lost his lovely bride.

How lovely!  Very romantic, Lancelot.  Did I mention I absolutely love the knights of the Round Table...?  Nicely done poem.

Dear Lancelot
I think I'll faint
How beautiful
Your words do paint
A picture of
Your heart so true
Crafted in words
You are endued
My hart's beating
For this Knight here
I shall return
to you I swear

Thank ye all of thee for thy nice replies.

I await, m'Lady G.
What sayest thee,
How about a little rendezvous?
I slipped a few knockout drops
In old Arthur's brew.
