I smelled something with very much taste
And the scent came from next door--
So getting over there, I made haste
And through the crowd I bored
Until I got to the aroma's source
And my eyes widened ten-fold
As I saw Henry preparing the course--
There was more than the people could hold...
Henry's a dragon, for who doesn't know still
So when having a cookout soon
If you don't have a grill, this guy's got the will
And the talent to fill a whole room!
To some of you it seems very strange
That to cook he uses only his hands--
He doesn't need an oven or range
And he still meets peoples' demands...
Mexican, German, Chinese, Korean--
He can make it if you can eat 'em!
Japanese, Portugese, Brazilian and Russian--
He'll serve it so hot you can't even touch 'em!
Malaysian, Australian, Hawaiian and Dutch--
He'll make you a lot and he'll serve you too much!
So here's a tip, and don't forget it:
Get a best-friend dragon, you won't regret it!

I'm sure a lot of you have had an idea for a poem just flash into your head all of a sudden...well, this poem took me about four minutes to write, but it lightened my mood a little!   I hope it lightens yours.

Yes, it did, Sam! Thanks! I sure wish I had someone like that 'Chef Henry' around here!

You forgot, after any great cookout, you can toast your own marshmallows.

Pass the potato salad, please, Little Spyro... and can you ask Henry if he can do Filipino food as well? That's my favorite.

No problem, Exile!
Actually, I think Henry could do pretty well making some Lumpia...but I don't know how he'd do with tinola or pansit! lol
