They say heaven's a wonderful place Floating far up past the clouds... Somewhere that love can always embrace And there's no malicious crowds... I had a dream a few nights ago In which I went to that place. Why I dreamed that, I didn't know But when I got tot he Pearly Gates-- There was no St. Peter there, Only a dragon on guard! I was lost, I asked him where I was, then he laughed real hard... "You don't understand! Heaven is not The same for everyone. It is a place where you get a lot Of rest, and maybe some fun. It's different for you, and mostly for You love dragons so much." And at that he opened the door And told me he'd keep in touch. I passed through the Gates and I found myself-- Back in my room at home! I found a note on my bed right next to the shelf And I read it aloud, alone; "You're not ready for that just now For you are too young to die. No dragons down there, I know--somehow You'll meet one later. --Your Friend In The Sky." |

No, Spyro, you're not quite ready for the Great Beyond, that undiscovered country from whose bourn no traveller returns.... Stay with us yet a while, and we will learn from each other. And perhaps you'll find Dragons where you least expect them. Exile |
