Little fingers and tiny toes
A lofty love, not yet a woe
I hope you'll find a shelter safe
To protect you until your grave
Angels touched by a child's first tear
Will guard all children of this sphere
Hands to guide you through all daybreaks
Fragile souls like crystal snowflakes

With a special "thank you" to DreamEvil, for letting me use his beautiful
"souls like crystal snowflakes".

Munda

Beautiful poem...
Yeah I like the 'snowflakes' part too

Can't wait to see some more from you!

What lovely thoughts for our children Munda.....this poem has a prayer like quality and warms my heart....I am putting it in my favorite files...

A soul that writes from the heart and shares it, truly gives a gift extraordinaire!

souls like cyrstal snowflakes.  Couldn't descirbe that line better.  I'm amazed at life so tiny, yet so alive, so full of everything new and good, like little children are.

How beautiful and touching.. Well done..

MAY THE ROAD RISE TO MEET YOU,
MAY THE WIND BE ALWAYS AT YOUR BACK
MAY THE SUN SHINE UPON YOUR FACE
THE RAINS FALL SOFT UPON YOUR FIELDS
AND, UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN,
MAY GOD HOLD YOU IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND
