Christmas Wishes Snowflakes thick and heavy, yet soft Falling slowly, dancing down from the sky As I lift my head to look aloft Releasing a sigh The night is clear yet filled in white I can see a light so shining bright The light comes from the North As I walk through the night on the twenty fourth I walk through the streets, tonight Aiming my thoughts towards the light Wishing peace on Earth to you And to the ones, you love I wish that too I hope we will not fight another War As I pray towards the Star I hope that Hunger is a thing of the past And that Love and Friendship are here to last May your Christmas be blessed May you find some well-earned rest I wish to you and the ones you love Merry Christmas and all the best Helmut The ability to describe life with words is similar to painting a picture; both can be powerful tools.
