A cut-out heart
and pasted lace
adornment of the sides...
simple words
and twists of fate
my symphony of sighs.

I chew my pen
in think again
for words to make you see
and crumple now
the paper heart
in my futility...

If I could
you know I would
hand it to you, still in beat...
with every verse
the longing's worse
each word, a drop of heart in bleed.

Nice one here. I liked this but quite sad...

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily

How romantic... I loved this sweet poem. Keep up the good work.

yer such a lovely Valentine ...
who could resist thy rhymes divine

and they ARE YA KNOW!!!

muchly

Tomorrow holds only mystery
And who's to say what might be
But in you I've found a love so strong
The sun and the moon look on in jealousy
