Autumn leaves are falling
Winter is calling
Hearts  that are giving
Soon it will be Thanksgiving
Snow brightly gleaming
Children are dreaming
Hearts full of yearning
Trees brightly shining
Mistletoe hanging
Greeting card sending
Angels are singing
Christmas bells are ringing
Loved ones returning
Hearts  that are smiling
It's the time of year of giving
For soon it will be Christmas Day

The loved ones returning is kind of special ... our whole family gets together and sadly ... we don't see many of them again for another year
Nicely done Cheryl

Great poem!

I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them!
