A father it is vaguely said The parent which is male Without character to give him life On any other scale. Father means much more to me Than just a male in house He works hardest to provide For his children and spouse. He is steadfast in his stand Enduring many hours Yet cheerful, humble in his heart A leader of such honor. He teaches children temperance Is humble in his ways A leader by example With courage and sure faith. He's loyal to Lord Jesus And to his family Sacrificing his desires With love and gentle mercy. Here here... Agreed, this is a wonderful post... it just isn't doing as well as it could if it had been posted into an open or the Reflection forum. It has my vote though.. hoping more will follow... Sherry Cherish the good memories of the past and look forward to the adventure called Tomorrow. But above all... be kind to yourself today. |
