Do not be decieved,
Freedom is Never free,
Cherish this sacred gift,
Thats been entrusted to thee.

Where freedom is present,
Responsibilty must reside,
To Honor our benefactors,
The Brave who have died!

It's time for some good old fashioned patriotism.  This is it.  Joyce

Wonderfully done in recognition for those who stand on guard for us.  I am a Canadian, and it is our July 1st Canada Day tomorrow, and I will be saying a prayer for all of your protectors as well.  Nicely done.

Nothing means more to me than faith,
family and my friends.

for sure, for sure! Too true!

Unlike publishers, I could have enjoyed this longer, What I'm saying is, publishers seem to want quick pieces, I think, which this is, but because of how well you wrote it and its subject, I could have enjoyed it had it gone on longer, too.

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.
