This tarnishes vessel
this soul
Frought with imperfections,
built one upon the other,
year, upon year..

Corroding resentments...
on a once golden sheen.
Blackened by anger and self-pity.

Long lost glorious beauty
nearly forgotten

Only a small gleam of hope
remains

enough to surrender
into the Masters Hand
God
The master Goldsmith
Gently
places this vessel into the fire
of His Love

Redemption

This vessel golden once more
shines with His Love
overflowing with a Peace
beyond all understanding.
Love and Grace
have restored her beauty!

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.
