Jesus Saves

When the road is long and weary
And you have almost lost your way,
When troubles have come upon you
And it seems they are here to stay,
Then it's time to turn to Jesus,
Ask Him to walk along beside.
He will carry all your burdens.
He will be your traveling guide.

If life is sometimes a struggle,
You need not battle on alone.
You are one of God's loved children.
He will forsake none of His own.
It matters not if you've ignored
Him.He is waiting by the door.
Open it and ask forgiveness,
Begin again and sin no more.

There is such a joy in Heaven
When a missing lamb has been saved.
With God tending to your worries,
You'll find the peace that you have craved.

Great job, Joyce! This could certainly be set to music and be an uplifting melody and chorus!
