this is my soul
take it and let me bleed
these are yours sins
pressed into my heart
these are my words
you hear them
and replace them all
these are my eyes
through which i see hate
i am your savior
your brother the only one
you hate me for that
your hands won't beleive
these are my people
i hate to watch them sin
i cry to my father
why do they hate me so?
these are the people
my father placed on the land
they do the bad things
that make up my body
these are my hands
you've bloodied and nailed down
these are my feet
bound tightly and pinned
this is my voice
crying out onto the lord
i carry my cross
across six miles of land
this is my last breath
i can hardly hear myself
my hands are too weak to rebel
and i slowly die

life may just take a while but i guess heaven's worth the wait

(sorry it took so long to reply.. i forgot which forum you posted in)

Though, there are no replies yet, other than mine... I'm sure they'll add.

This is a beautiful poem, though I'm not 'spiritual.'
Nevertheless, I loved it.  It pained a picture... I could see what I believe is UN-existing, very clearly.

Thank you for painting this picture, and giving me a little strand of hope.

Keep writing, Abby.
Keep holding on, my friend, never let go.

(sorry, I'm emotional right now ... forgive me if this was strange at all)

It was good and nice.
It wasn't gory, or bad.
I truthfully liked it.
There's nothing wrong with it.
Don't doubt yourself.

(tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Abby, I know just how you feel and whenever I think of how He suffered it too breaks my heart, yet I feel despite all that suffering and anguish, there is a far more important meaning of faith behind it all, that it is that He wanted to suffer so He can save us all from sin and show us that we still can all be forgiven if we find penitence! (BIG HUGGGSSSSS) He died to save us all, sweet friend, this is very powerfully intense, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Abby, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
