A flickering light on a machine, Ironically my thoughts seemed to be, About the search within my soul, Something forgotten that I’ve yet to hold. Flickering light attempting to shine, Bright to be seen by those, whom are blind, Giving me sight slowly to start, Small drops of love entering my heart. Flickering light trying to stay on, Battling darkness like an old song, Giving me faith each battle waged, Leading me forward to the next stage. A flickering light on a machine, Has opened my eyes for me to see, A faith that I had never known, A glimpse of hope gracefully shown. |

Anonymity, Beautiful imagery. the "flickering light" could represent so many things, but the fact that whatever it might be has led you to the truth of faith and hope is such a wonderful thing. Thank you all as the struggle has been won and the light has been found and I feel a joy and inspiration I have never felt. I have been away reflecting and working hard but have not forgotten your words and wish to thank you all for your words. I hope to post again soon. Thank you and God Bless. |
