With God's Help It's easy to find words of praise To laud my God on garden days. I spend so much time on my knees That while I'm there I send some pleas. I ask Him for the rain and sun For spider webs so newly spun. For lady bugs and bustling bees. My garden is in need of these. I thank Him for my sharpened hoe Sending the weeds where bad weeds go. And that my back together held Until those nasty weeds were felled. The flowers are a lovely sight With God and Nature adding might To my small efforts as I try To know perfection ere I die. I show my blossoms off with pride To all who roam my countryside. The joy they bring, I can't know 'Til someone stops to tell me so. I thank Him for the beauty of This garden which is grown with love. I thank Him for my neighbors too And for my friends including YOU! My life is like a garden plot So full of weeds if God were not Weeding and pruning, wanting me To be the best that I can be. By Joyce 06/25/02 |

  BRAVO!!! Oh Joyce, this is wonderful and so very true, sweet friend, He will always help us to help our gardens grow lush and green but it is our job to pull the weeds along the way so the vines of guilt will not strangle our prized blossoms! (kiss on cheek) This is another fabulous gem, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Joyce, thank you for sharing!  May love and light always shine upon you! Joyce Ahhhhhhhhhh............ I could smell the fragrance of those beautiful flowers in your garden. Just the thought of your love for gardening and all the beauty in your garden that GOD provided brought a smile to my heart. I love how you send the bad weeds where they are supposed to go.
