[Limerick]
There is a man named Jesus
He came to Earth to save us
His life’s blood was the price
The ultimate sacrifice
Thank God. His mercy’s blessed us

[Cinquain]
Confess
sins and proclaim
now call on the Lord’s name
Believe in Him. Your life will change
Confess

[Senyru]
Call on the Lord’s name
Confess your sins and believe
And be saved saved saved

aha, loved all three   can you tell me the rules to a limerick please? I'd really like to try one   by the way, I do believe that is the very first limerick I've ever read with Jesus in it

Sea... I’m happy you enjoyed these verses. A limerick consist of 5 lines. The first, second and fifth lines rhyme and the third and fourth lines rhyme. [aabba] I’m not sure if meter is necessary as long as the story flows. Originally, a limerick is a tale of a questionable or naughty nature. However, I like to use what’s available to praise the Lord.

Joyce... Yes. Thank you.

Thanks,
Melton

Melton,

All three of these are real nice.....

Nice how you took all three forms of poetry and gave glory to Jesus.

Reading your Limerick, challenged me to write one of my own.  I hope you like it.

GOD bless.  -Bob
