A Rose in the desert blooms and glows with its life-giving flow. All around the land is dry and thirsty. No water cultivates the desert sands. Yet, the Rose grows in a miracle of love, as a symbol of Christ, the Vine. For the Rose grew not on its own; but through the Outpoured Rain which fell from God's own sky. So, if you find yourself dry and thirsty wandering the desert lands, just look to the wonder of the Rose Who blooms in the middle of the desert. |

(smiles) This is sooooooo beautiful, sweet friend, I love the deserts and it is a miracle how both God and Mother Nature can unite and bring miracles to the most seemingly impossible places! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is wonderful! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ivy, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! A very sweet and beautiful way to view God's nourishment to us. We are indeed God's floweres in the desert! ((Ivy)) -newell Sharing God's Love through perfectlovepoetry.com |

Yes, and I believe it is named the Rose of Sharon. Some wonderful advice in the Lord expressed here in your poem. -Bob |
