This day, this jewel,
encased in velvet peace.
An azure sky crowns
this bliss,
of gentle rest of soul.

Golden beams of sunlit hours,
a morn of reverie,
to ponder all
that Thou hast done.

Caressed
by Loves most promised
Hope.
Thy Love that rests upon
my heart,
with sweet accord of Grace,
takes flight upon the winds
of Spirits Joy,
and soars with Eagles wings!

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.
