Your Promises True

My Lord, Your promises You have kept true.
You came to me like fire, I knew that it was You.
I remember when first We met, I was so lost.
You gave me life that I might live, Your Son paid the cost.

On my knees I asked You , to heal all my pain.
Years it took to find You, My search was not in vain.
In an instant You were there, answering my call.
Whatever the barrier, You broke down the wall.

Forever I am Yours, and never will I stray.
Illuminated with Your love, I still am to this day.
I gratefully do what You ask, To all I'll spread your love.
I feel secure as You guide me, from Your Throne above.
