(Our church members have been asked to pray for a child of one of our members. She is in the hospital fighting for her life with 1st and 2nd degree burns after pulling a pot of boiling soup on to herself.) Dear God, I know you're bombarded With prayers from everywhere. So many of us are needing attention, With burdens so hard to bear. But God, we're asking for Teasa, A little one without any misdeeds. Please send your angels to guard her. We turn to you for her needs. Please give doctors the skill to repair her. Take her pain and discomfort away. Make her young body strong and resilient. In our dear Jesus' name, we pray. |

And the prayer continues....... Oh, how sad especially for her parents who have been entrusted with her care...... During this time help them also to Trust and find Strength and Comfort in You. And yes, Father God, You have asked us not to forsake to bring the little children unto you. And so we bring this little one before Your Kingdom in Prayer and in Faith. In your Grace and in your eminent abiilty to Heal, Father God, touch this little one and bring confirmed Healing into her young life. We ask these requests in Jesus precious name. Amen. |

Thank you for posting this so we might all join in prayer for her. Bob, your prayer was a wonderful follow through, too. My little cousin had the prayers of Passions members as he went though over a year of chemo, and 3 surgeries. Last check up was clear. Being burned is so horribly painful, too. Rae |
