Dark side of the Moon.

   "Birds"

Souls that ride
   the winds on high
      and touch the face of God;
smile on those
   whom 'oer they fly;
      with magesty they nod.

Spirits free
   form earthly ties
      bring joy where 'er they go;
waltz and dance
   on wind filled skies
      for others far below.

Creatures formed
   with loving heart,
      behold a wonderous sight;
reflect the glory
   of His art,
      His power, and His might.

Sometimes I almost envey the birds..they have so much freedom yet are totally dependent upon God...and they can always sing despite the weather. Lovely poem as always.

Love this one. I have found 6 different kinds of birds in less than 3 years. Even a Macaw.They are trully wonderful creatures of our Lord.
