I am but a servant
In the presence of my Master
I am but a servant
With a job I love to do
I am but a servant
I have the ultimate pay
I am but a servant
With a Master who is loving and just
I am but a servant
Along with many other servants
I am but a servant
Who cannot wait for my Master to return
I am but a servant
Who is happy and joyful to serve Him
I am but a servant
I am not worthy, but He loves me anyway
I am but a servant
Who can tell my Master anything
I am but a servant
Who is not afraid of my Master leaving
I am but a servant
In my Master’s Kingdom I will one day be
I am but a servant
In the Kingdom of Christ

Amen! And a wonderful servant you are to write so beautifully and share it with us.
What a great example for all to follow.
Sincerely,
Rwood

We are a servant! I couldn't have said it better.

Skyfire,

Your whole poem expresses well a heart full of servanthood....
but there are two lines that stand out for me and pass straight to my heart:

"With a job I love to do" and "I have the ultimate pay"

Those two lines are for me.

Thank you,  Bob <><
