A.S.A.P
By Tarancula

"There's work to do, deadlines to meet;
You've got no time to spare,
But as you hurry and scurry -
A.S.A.P.- ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER

In the midst of family chaos,
"Quality time" is rare.
Do your best; let God do the rest -
A.S.A.P.- ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER

It may seem like your worries
Are more than you can bear.
Slow down and take a breather -
A.S.A.P.- ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER

God knows how stressful life is;
He wants to ease our cares,
And He'll respond to all your needs
A.S.A.P. - ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER

I know what you mean, all these people say they have no time to pray (sometimes i use that excuse), but that's a terrible excuse.  God is there, He has no time, He is the beginning and end.  I really loved the message this poem!

This is a great reminder. Now, I do try to be in a continual mind set of prayer.  In other words, I try to be ready in season and out of season whenever the need arises to pray. In other words...... ASAP.  Great write.  Bob <><

Almost a form of self-medication, is it not?  *s*

You could write a poem, just from THIS poem, called

Take the Time!

Enjoyed, Very much!  SR

This underlines something we all need to think about.  We can pray anytime and we should.

What a wise and lovely way to interpret this well know but little practiced acronym!

Stephen.
