I'm not exactly sure what to call this piece, and I deeply hope that it doesn't cause controversy...

------------------

Speechless in the Moonlight
Soaking up Her rays
Dancing in the Night
Waiting for days.

The flow of energy about me
How can magick not exsist?
With plant on land and fish in sea
For answers, I'll always persist.

It's mildy erotic
And passionate to be this close
Everyone has felt it
If they're not of same faith, s'pose?

Religion matters little
It's the connection with the Divine
The One's breath on your cheek;  your neck, spittle
How your souls intertwine.

Mysterious yet familiar
The wind trails through your hair
And you've felt magick similiar
But not sure how or where.

"The only thing that boggles the mind is the mind itself."

Evylyn,

Questionable?  I think not... Your first post was all magickal, mysterious, and marvelous all at the same time... a refreshing walk with Mother Nature and the Divine.  Bob <><

The quest for answers is universal!  You're right, the connection with the divine is most important! nice poem!

"Religion" isn't what matters, it's FAITH in the truth.  A person can be 'religious' about many things that are far from acts/deeds/objects of faith/truth.

Feeling the presence of God is an awesome thing.
