I had fun writing this one. I hope you enjoy it! Bob <>< True Blue I don't need prayer from the church I belong to! I don't need praise for the clothes that I wear! I don't need thanks from the ones I sing songs to! I don't need love from the friends who do care! For I'm true blue, a true blue Christian. Lord, I am true blue in love with You. Through and through, more than anything else, I want to be true blue... True to You! ...and then everything else will do. I don't need, "Hello" from the Pope to be happy! I don't need funds in the bank to have wealth! I don't need rebuke from a friend to feel crappy! I don't need pills from the Doc to have health! For I'm true blue, a true blue Christian. Lord, I am true blue in love with You. Through and through, more than anything else, I want to be true blue...
