       My teardrops fall into,
The palms of two nail scared hands.
He catches them all and he understands.

       Each heartbreak, each pain
                I suffer
       Makes me stonger to fight
                In his name.

I do wrong.. I must pay,
            For I am his child,
And he teaches me each day.

          I look up to heaven,
            And I ask why?
            His answer;
"My child the time is nigh."

Beside my bed, on my knees,
I beg, Lord help me please.
             His answer,
            " My grace is sufficent
               For you needs."

I ask for answers, right now,
               His answer,
"Patience is a virture my child."

I ask for justice, for the wrongs I see,
              His answer,
"Vengance is my. Child take heed."

             As a human I fail,
               As his child I learn.

Yes my tears fall into the palms
               Of two nail scared hands.
               He never misses one,
                  And he understands.

Betty; A most humble and surrendered heart you have...inspiringly lovely poem! Ellie

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

How I needed this one today. His grace is sufficient. What a remarkable job you've done showing just how much we need him.

I love the lines:

As a human I fail,
               As his child I learn.

Yes my tears fall into the palms
               Of two nail scared hands.
               He never misses one,
                  And he understands.

How true.
God bless
