There once was a man
who had a great plan
to run the rat race
as fast as he can.
He ran and he ran
and ran faster still.
That rat race he ran
on over the hill.
He ran so fast
for all to behold.
In that drear valley,
his feet did not hold.
Momentum carried on
his soul into the ground
and there the man died
with out much a sound.
So, what's the moral?
Some plot if you will;
Don't run rat races
on over the hill...

A bit of irony here. Don't we all run to fast, and need to slow down and "smell the roses?"
