I wore a pair of shorts today
because the weather had turned hot
this girl at work
someone who had never seen my legs
attention was caught by an image there
apon a closer look she asked me to explain
the verse that was written there
it says our sins are nothing
even white as snow
no matter what we have done
He sees nothing but the blood
of the perfect lamb
it reminds me of forgiveness
when I can't forgive myself
explaination of the verse leads to why I beleive
into all the past they can't see
when they look at me
the past I dont let rule me any more
they say it is hard to beleive
that I am still strong
that I don't blame Him
and maybe
just maybe
they thought a little longer
made their hearts a little softer
or opened their eyes a little wider
from a small image on my leg

This is a type of ministry that I have never encountered before, but if it works, why not?

Neat story.... tattoos are fun once you have them, but not fun to recieve... reminds me of something else I know of...

That certainly is a different way of getting people's attention to teach them something.

I would have never thought it. It's wonderful to know it's a reminder to you as well as teaching others! Thanks for sharing this unique story!
