Trusting you, is a difficult thing. Out of my hands, my life is. Only you can lead me to be, the person that I want to be. Is a complicated task. Born with many faults I was, some got worse along the way. Most I'll carry to the end. Make me more like you, Lord. Just like you, I want to be. To live this life and be like you, will take me where I want to be. A quarter of a century must pass, for the writer to understand what and why he writes. |
