The Mighty Spinning Funnel Cloud.
For even He is created by God.
He is God's very own musclebound sideshow freak.
Infinitely more so than Arnold Schwarzenegar.
For Arnold is only one man. he is flesh and blood.He is not a deity.
Sometimes when people act up a little bit more than they should and are bad, God drops a funnel tablet in his eternal sink, telling his monster,
"Have at it son, they're all yours. They wont listen to Me. Maybe they'll listen to you. Just come back home wneh I tell you to."
To which the funnel says "Yes, Master. I obey Thee. "
For as Job said "The Lord Giveth. And He Taketh back. Blessed be His name above all others ever."

You have some interesting thoughts here. Personally I don't agree with tornados being used for punishment. The Bible says it rains on the just and the unjust. The weather patterns and extrems are part of the way the world operates unfortunally we are just sometimes in their path and innocent people can be harmed or lose their lives.

What Job feared came upon him.... but even so, Job trusted God. Though he was torminted by his family (mainly his wife), three, not so close, friends, and certainly the devil who took everything but his life; Job never cursed God. Covered with boils, the dog's licks where his only comfort... Job lost it all.................... and yet his testimony, which some Bible scholars believe to be the oldest book in the Bible, has been a great encouragement through the ages to never..... never..... never...... give up!!!!! ....and in the end, Job was even more blessed than in the beginning of his life.
