Over which there is no excuse whatsoever fo ANYBODY to travel.
'Tis a dreadfull road that if traveled long enough will rob you of everytning you like and everybody you love in this life and the next.
Sadly enough ther are those travelling it.
Myself, amongst them at one time.
It aname is is The Highway of Lack of Self Forgiveness.
It's the saddest of all roads. There are no lights.
A road you travel
absolteuly alone alone at your own absolute risk.

In this life and the next.
If Highway 80 from Thbee Lighthouse Georgia to San Diego is an 4 inches long..........................
The Non Self Forgiveness Interstate must be 40 or 50 miles long, AT ABSOLUTE LEAST.
And what is dreadfully and monstrously sad about this long stretch of the bluest of all highways
is that there are innumerable U-Turns clearly visible which can be freely accessed at any time.

It's as though you are in a prison where you yourself are the warden, the security guard and the sole inmate.

Nobody in sing sing alcatraz or attica is
or has ever been
as bound as all that.

A prison where the bars do not so much as even exist.
A prison from which you may freely escape whenever you choose to do so.

yet many still travel it, blinded and in hellish darkness.

A road, from which
by God's Grace and it alone, I truly believe I have U-Turned. I would that all traveling this monstrous stretch of hellish and brutal interstate would access one of those U-Turns. I myself will be
all 2
glad to shine a flashlight to those still traveling this monster highway so they can see the U-Turns.
As i write these words my eyes are welling with tears.
And that's because, I dont know where I am going, but I , literally speaking , sure as hell knew where I was going. But a u-Turn I've accessed.
May I be given stenghth from God to never again look back.

God Bless You all.

Amen

Welcome!!

This is a really powerful statement. Somehow I have a feeling it's going to touch many!
Many will relate to this. Self forgiveness can be a tough thing to do.

This reminded me very much of a bumper sticker I saw once, don't know if I really remember how it goes anymore, but I'll take a shot at it.

To find God...

Turn right and follow the straight path.

It was something like that.

Dry those eyes, you found the U-turn and that's what's important. We don't know where we're going, but it's certainly better than where we were going before we made that turn right? God has our best interests at heart, and He'll do better in guiding our direction than we ever would.

God bless you, and thank you for sharing this very touching piece of writing with us.

God bless you for accepting the straight and narrow. Keep the faith.
I like your signature, "I don't question YOUR existance - GOD".

Don't look back my friend. In the horizon he will show his face. God Bless You!

A quarter of a century must pass, for the writer to understand what and why he writes.

Lord Make Me Weak,

you have described repentance very well...
making a U-turn and never looking back
and from now on it's kind of like driving a race car with only one gear,
full speed ahead.

Hang on brother............
