Holiday Specials
Sweets, treats and lots of white meat
Thankful for bounty

~~~
Thanksgiving Day Joys
Sharing, life with family
Remembering past
~~~

So thankful are we
for Jesus and His Dear Love
We bow before Him

Gosh, it's so hard (physically) to bow after eating all those treats, sweets, and wonderful white meats...  but, I will certainly make my best attempts this coming Thanksgiving.  Bob <><

My kind of thanksgiving! beautiful Haiku's.
I especially thank Jesus for the sweets, but I like dark meat.  Ellie

Compassion,
  Well written words capturing this holiday. I like the haiku form you've used here, very nice.

Compassion~
And in these little Senryu's -
your compassion shows -
especially this one ~

'Thanksgiving Day Joys
Sharing, life with family
Remembering past'

At our Thanksgiving table -
we always serve the past for dessert.
And oh, how sweet the memories are.

Thank you for these little delights.
