Now, Who, I ask you,
created humor?
Who is the King of Comedy?
Just think how Jesus
loves to hear us laugh!

I have no doubt,
that He
never meant us to be
somber and serious,
about all His gifts,
and all of life!

I am so thankful
for the gift of laughter!

Have you ever really
looked at how silly
He can be?
Stripes on a Zebra!
Monkeys with big
red bottoms!
Parrots that talk?
It's endless.

Is there anything better
than a good belly laugh,
with a great friend,
or loved one?

So, this thanksgiving,
let's all share our
laughter,
and be grateful for
His funniest gift
of all!!!  Us!!!!

I laugh easily, even at myself (well, sometimes!   )Anyway, I agree that laughter is a real gift from God that we should use as often as possible.

Ellie you brought a chuckle and a big  .
He does have a sense of humor, and I'm sure He's able to laugh at us all the time.

Great job!

Ellie, I agree, God had to have a sense of humor to make the likes of us...or at least me. Interesting premise for a poem!

Not gift wrapped
in paper & bows
But seen in smiles
and laughs it shows
This precious Gift
I use so much
He's given me
His Humorous Touch!

A Wonderful Theme for Thankfulness, Dear Ellie--and how much I enjoy sharing it with you and others as well!  Thank You!  David

WOW- another day of life-and here among friends!
