LORD, Let me be Open
to Your Leading;
Let me be Available
for Your Cause;
Afford me Sweet Peace
through Your Kindness;
Protect me
from Life's hidden Dangers;
Tender my Thoughts
by Thy Son;
Instruct me
by Thy Loving Spirit;
Touch the whole
fiber of my being--
Give my Life
Value and Meaning
that nowhere else I can find;
Help me o'ercome
by Thy Power;
Reign in my Heart,
O Jehovah--
Enriched by
Your Fellowship Divine!

"Touch the whole fiber of my being"

David; Such a wonderful prayer of surrender and beautiful praise. You've written in perfect free verse too! I'm having a hard time finding words here, because I feel so deeply touched by your faith and the beauty of your poem,I feel wonderfully blessed. Thank you, my dear friend. Love, Ellie

This is a wonderful prayer, David...

Karilea
If I whisper, will you listen?...
I would rather be silent and write, then speak loudly and be bound.

David,
  you have put down in verse, the concerns and desires of a submissive life. We must seek His will His way! Beautiful poem of humble submission.
