An invisible power
Shook the pin oak tree
Pruning its dry branches
Suddenly they hit the ground

That same power
All in one sweep
Turned the utility cabinet
Face down on the carport

Gushing winds
Stirred the sky
With mighty force
And if you ask me if I saw
The invisible hand that stirred them
The answer is no, of course

Do I need to see the wind
To know that it has blown?
Or can I surmise
From its evidence shown
That it's power demonstrated is
Good enough alone?

Dear Septsong, my friend, it is so good to see you here. I love the wonder and mystery of this poem. The answer of cours is we do not need to see the Holy Spirit to know His Love and working in our lives. Beautifu analogy!  I've missed you! Love, Ellie

This is Excellent! Very powerful!
This reminds me of DCTalk....can you see the wind? You can't see the wind, but you can see the affects of the wind.

And the same goes for God! Powerful words you've described with here! LOVE IT
