For those interested in forms this is a Calligram ...from the french word "Calligramme".  It was derived from the Greek 'Cali' and 'gramma' which mean together 'beautiful writing'.

I loved the image of the cross here.  It came together so naturally with the words.   A blessing for eyes and hearts.
