To You Oh Lord
I Lift My Praise

I lift my eyes unto the hills
with all that is within me I praise you

The creator of all things
You spin the earth in perfect orbit
tell the sun when to rise
and the moon when to glow
you tell the sea to rush to shore
bringing seashells, for the eye to adore
the earth, stars and moon are yours
each star you name, each grain of sands not the same

Above all of this, you love us more
for this, Lord Jesus
I give you all my praise

Blooming Rose,
What a lovely and loving praise it is. The outstretched hands of the angel, just beautiful.    Marcy

BloomingRose,

This was a beautiful praise to our Lord (and in the spirit of the psalms- my favorite part of the OT).

God bless you.

Yes Rose-
Your Uplifted praise is most becoming, for it is offered to the Most Worthy, and you have offered it beautifully in Words and graphics.  All I can say to this is Amen & Amen!!     David

Just as he puts his love into every snow flake in making them all different, his love knows no holds on the way he loves us all individually and unconditionally. Beautiful write my friend and a perfect read for a Sunday afternoon.

wow...what a peace-filled piece!  The picture is just perfect too.  Like I've said before (or if I haven't, I've thought it!) you are such an amazing poet!  God has truely spoken through you!
