On this Lords' Day morning,
The Spirit starts to move,
The dawning of a new day,
His patient love doth prove.

As souls from slumber 'waken,
This new day to partake,
Prepare themselves for worship,
Praise God for heavens sake!

The saints of God assemble,
Sweet voices gently blend,
Praising God the Father,
This worship now begins.

Prayers are offered up in hope,
Thanksgiving also fills the hall,
Souls united in humble petition,
One voice raised for all.

The sermon is inspiring,
The message sustains our hearts,
We Must stand in Holy warfare,
And dodge the Devils darts!

As we bow in sweet communion,
Christs' sacrifice we see,
He willingly went to the cross,
To rescue you and me.

In the offering of the saints,
We gladly share our goods,
That the kingdom borders be enlarged,
For a greater brotherhood.

I am so blest this Lords' Day,
His Spirit has touched my heart,
My soul sings out in wonder,
My God, How Great Thou Art!

Dennis, my dear Brother,
You have wonderfully captured the Spirit and the specialness of the Lord's Day assembly. This is a wonderful piece to accent the wonderful privilege we have been given to collectively praise His name in the fellowship of His spiritual body, the church.
Thank you & God bless you,   David

WOW- another day of life-and here among friends!

"My soul sings out in wonder,
my God, how great Thou art"

Dennis; You have captured the essence of worship and praise, that only comes from a heart truly surrendered to His Love. A masterpiece of glory to God! Love, Sis

Summers haunting melody
that awakens
the butterflies,
calling them to join
the dance
in their silent song
of praise to God.

A fantastic piece!  How blest we are to have the freedom of worship in the gathering of the saints in a place where His words and wonders are taught.  Thank you.

I am flabbergasted... You have described a perfect church service in my opinion. Praise and worship and an inspiring message too... all in brotherhood with the saints of God... and I even love that song. One of them you can sing real loud.  Hey, I'm there shouting Hallelujah right along beside you brother...Meet you at the church next Sunday morning.  God Bless You, Bob <><
