And He, Will Wipe Your Tears Gone are days of youth A past that can’t be tossed There will always be the truth And I have paid the cost In eyes of Caribbean blue There is a pain beyond repair I don’t why it started For a girl living in a lion’s lair I know this may be hard But what if I learn to forgive Perhaps I will find within I have a lot to give Justice, I believe Comes not from a courtroom But, from His judgment When He places them to tomb Hold Him in your heart Placed with all that is dear Rest assured He has heard you And He, will wipe your tears Marina Apr. 2000 It is a blessing to have wings for words, and passion in pen Marina Crossley |

Marina I'm so glad you joined us in here! It sounds like a struggle of forgiveness. That's not always an easy thing to do. But when we don't, it ends up eating at you. It just festers. It is to give yourself peace you so you are able to go on. You've said it well! For God is the avenger! And He shall wipe away all tears. What a day that shall be. Marina, truly heartfelt and lovely. Forgiveness is difficult as we are only human. And I've learned that I can only do this through Him and that not forgiving only hurts me. Having things right between me and my heavenly Father means more to me than holding on to bitterness and anger. And I rest in the fact that He says in His word that revenge is His. I have even gone as far as to pray and ask Him to have mercy on those who have deeply wounded me, for He also says in His word,"touch not my anointed", His anger is kindled when people hurt His children.
