TWO ROADS

External religion, or living God, that is
My heart’s choice.
To follow men, or to follow Christ and
Hear my Shepherd’s voice.
Law of rules, or Law of love, which one
Shall I choose?
A life of failure, or a life of glory
In which I cannot lose.
To save my life in reputation, or lose it
Gain “His Life”,
To live in harmony with my maker or live
In constant strife.
The decision is mine, the choice is not hard
-He’s the much better part,
O’ precious Light of Isreal has become a
Flame inside my heart!

Kinda like the Robert Frost poem, but I am glad that you chose the more lighted path rather than the road less traveled by...

I love it. I am trying to capture that fklame in my heart, to life a lif the would make my father,my God proud. My Journey is a difficult one. I say this because I am at a cross road where I feel I am in a war for life.
