I cannot seem to hold in my tears < !signature-->I do not know whether I want to laugh or cry These tears of happiness These tears of joy I laugh at us cuz you make me smile It is incredible I Love You so much I have never felt this way I could never feel this way if it was not for the one The one is you The one who has made me feel real The one who is there to understand The one who needs me as much as I need him The one who is me and I am him There is and has never been anything I have ever wanted more than the love we have shared As long as I have been aware of my dreams I have unknowingly been with him for as long as I can remember He is the one I dreamt of He is the one I cried for He is the one I have always shared my soul with He is part of me and I of him My love, my one and only I wish I had known where he was I would have been there sooner for him I wish I had not done certain things If I had known I would have waited I think I knew but I was confused I let someone get me down, drag me down I had lost myself somewhere where I did not think I could return from He was there for me He helped me out With his help I became stronger With God's strength we became stronger He needed me, I was there It amazes me God saved us at the moment of helplessness He brought us together The pain was forever taken away Forever never to return A peace has come over us A new Joy A happiness Something we have always sensed since very young But we did not understand until now We are one Me The Man I Love and God The triangle that has forever made us strong I know nothing will ever break our connection I know nothing will ever break this chain I know it is impossible through the highest and lowest of times The devil begone You had your chance but guess what you lost You lost We are more aware now, than ever before We are the strength We are One We are forever together You are not going to break this chain Try together with whomever you choose but forever I say is one thing you will never break Us Never We are One We are Love We are everything So forget it God is and will always be on our side ~This is a very long piece...the reason being is that I never edited it....I wrote this piece a little over 2 years ago and this is how it went from pen to paper~ "Somewhere, somehow, it should be possible to touch someone and never let go again. Sorry  I fixed the spelling error. Only one word. This is fantastic. How God can enter in and just fix things we can't seem to repair. He's done it in my life for sure  I really enjoyed reading this! |

Hi, This has special meaning to me this day, so glad you have shared this here with us. Today, my hubby and I celebrate our thirty-fourth year of marriage and this poem is so befitting such a event. Oh yes it is wonderful to SEE God working in one's life so clearly at times!! It is really hard for me to see him in life at times!! But, I know he's always with all of us!! Thank You all for your comments!! And Marcy Thank You soooo much and Congratulations on your 34th!!! That is sooo great and wonderful!! I hope someday I will be able to get married and then many years later look back and cherish all the memories that we'd make!!! Oh there I go daydreaming again!!!! You know, it's hard for all of us sometimes to see God working in our lives. Sometimes, or should I say, most of the time, we need to reflect back upon situations we know could have turned out worse. We always look for these grand fireworks going off. When really those do happen, but we need to look at things a little simpler. Sometimes when we're running late, or have been delayed by something out of our control, and it makes us angry. Take the time to stop and think, maybe there is a reason for that delay. Maybe if you hadn't been delayed you would have been involved in an accident or something else. A day where things went well for us, is a miracle. Waking up everyday with a fresh start is a miracle. That is all God's doing! We tend to over look the simple things because we're watching for the GRAND things. My dear He works in your life always. I know I have the same problem of seeing what He does in mine too. Sometimes, it's as simple as looking at someone else's life to realize just how much you have been blessed! |

It's so exciting to find God is a part of each moment in our lives. He IS in control, but allows our free will so we often rebel or just plain neglect seeing things from that point of view. It's amazing how after doing our own thing without considering Him, we can look back and see He carried us then. I enjoyed this piece. |

Beautiful work. I love the line "something we have always sensed since very young". Even at the tender age of 8 I sensed God all around me.If only all the world could see that what their spirits long for is its Creator.Thanks for sharing, Juls |

I've been thinking of this piece a lot lately. The memory of writing this is sooo bittersweet. I wrote this while online talking to my fiance' whom I've not been married. It was written summer of '98. It seems a long time ago. We were talking then all of a sudden I was writing this. I do not believe I wrote this on my own but I don't know what it means or why....I hope I someday will know what to make of it all....... |
