Take a journey into your heart
To see what you might find,
Is it cleansed and made whole
And to God's will resigned?

Or has it lost it's rythm
Plagued by obstructed flow,
Of God's life giving Word
So we can know and grow.

Don't be afraid to look
It's most important that you do,
For if it's one that's failing
He can make it anew for you!

Is it pounding out God's praises
With a strong consistent beat?
Or Has it become weak and irregular
And thus headed for defeat?

Thus take this heart Journey
Before the great Physician you seek,
His know how to restore it
Your heart and mind to keep.

David; How gentle is you message and filled with strength and wisdom. "The kingdom of God is within you". It is sometimes a hard thing for some to face their own truth, but facing it with His love is nothing short of glorious. Beautiful job getting this message across. Ellie

Summers haunting melody
that awakens
the butterflies,
calling them to join
the dance
in their silent song
of praise to God.

David,
Our journey needs be relational, Our relationship to GOD and man must be heartfelt to be valid. Thanks be to GOD, who has sought a Relationship with even us, His creation.  When we get off-track He still patiently waits for us to return to the fold. Praise be to GOD! Thanks for sharing this work.
